Introducing the Service Auto Glass Staff
"It's
our people who make the difference." Matt Crook, Co-Owner.
We are proud to present the Service
Auto Glass staff. We hope that you will take a moment to get to
know the caliber of people who have led our company to where it
is today.

Matt
Crook took his first step into the world of auto glass in 1991 when
he worked as an installer part time to help pay his way through
college. After graduating from Utah State University with degrees
in finance and marketing, that job helped pay his wifešs way through
graduate school at Brigham Young University, where she earned her
Masteršs degree in Organizational Behavior.
They moved to Phoenix and together opened Service Auto Glass in
1997. Matt applies to his business the values he learned as a boy
growing up on a Wyoming dairy farm: honesty, integrity, dependability,
fairness, and good old-fashioned common sense.
Whether he is conversing with his clients or his staff, he believes
in treating others how he would like to be treated: respectfully.
Says Crook, "The technical skills needed for our work can be learned,
but knowing how to treat our customers and each other is something
that must be inherent in each of our employees."
We invite you to meet the rest of the
Service Auto Glass crew:
Aubrey Lindblom,
Office Manager
The
first voice most callers hear on the phone is that of Aubrey Lindblom.
She has been with SAG for more than three years and is credited
with setting up and overseeing the office protocols with regard
to customer service, ordering inventory, claims processing, and
accounting.
She inspires others through her own positive attitude. "What I enjoy
most is working with the customers and the people here at Service
Auto Glass," says Aubrey. "It's been a very positive experience.
It's a relaxing, yet professional environment."
Jason Williams, Auto Glass Technician
Jason Williams joined the Service Auto Glass team as an installer
in the fall of 2002. He brings to his position experience learned
on the job while living in Payson, Arizona. "I was already a good
installer when I came here, but I've learned even more from the
Service Auto Glass guys." he says.
After trying his hand at other occupations, Jason has found that
this is the right position, and the right company for him. "It's
a great job," he says. "It's a friendly environment and Matt takes
as good a care of us as he does our customers." |
